Sea buckthorn oil is a red-orange oil extracted from the berries, leaves, and seeds of the sea buckthorn plant, Hippophae rhamnoides. It's rich in vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and antioxidants, and has been used for thousands of years in traditional Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine.
